.... I remembered!!! Here's my desk this morning for all you
WOYWWers out there. I was working on a card for my daughter, which I'll post in a separate post, things will get way too long otherwise!!!
I was using lovely Cosmo Cricket Material Girl papers, some new Distress Inks - and I took out my Promarkers for the first time in ages. I'd had storage problems with them, and any time I used them, couldn't see the wood for the trees sort of thing, it was very hard to work out what colours I had. So I spent several happy obsessive hours last weekend doing this:
I'm sorry I can't credit the creator of the idea, I've seen it on several blogs over the past months and have also met several people in real life who have done it too. So all I can say is "thanks" to whoever first thought of it - brilliant storage solution.

I have that case but mine has cd's in it, but great idea with the pens, although I thought they had to be stored flat, very creative looking desk.

Great storage idea, not sure mine would fit in though. I did get the wallets form letraset but its a hit and miss attempt everytime I try to use a colour as theres no where for me to mark the wallet stating whats inside!

What a great way to store your markers - might just have to copy that and credit whoever it may be. You're right - it's so hard to find the one you want at just the right time!

Clever Julie - and good looking storage too. No doubt with PMs and Copics that life is so much harder without a colour chart and some organisation - a worhtwhile use of your time I think!

we have a huge one of those boxes for our DVD's/CD's don't think hubby will let me use it for my pens though. Have a crafty WOYWW

Sorry I'm late calling in this week. I'm having a really manic week and even had to pop to see my elderly neighbour in hospital last night [only a 62mile round trip :-)].

its truely impressive - but you see I'd just lose the whole box somewhere - seeing as my pens are spread out and about I only lose them one at a time - let me hang onto my excuses? please?
